Refund and Returns Policy

At SKM Professional Salon, School & Cosmetics. we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund and return process for our products, courses, and services. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Return and Refund for Products:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or provide a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products due to a change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

2. Refund and Cancellation for Courses:

  • Course Enrollment and Registration: Upon enrolling in our courses, students agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Cancellation and Refund for Courses: Students may request a cancellation and refund within 30 and tomorrow days from the date of course registration. A processing fee of [amount or percentage will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
  • Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided once course materials are provided or online access is granted. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure compatibility with the course platform and address any technical issues promptly.

3. Refund for Services:

  • Virtual Services (Consultations, etc.): Refunds for virtual services will be provided if the service is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.
  • In-Person Services (Makeup Application, etc.): Refunds for in-person services will be provided if the service is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.

4. How to Request a Refund:

5. Processing Time:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. We will make every effort to process refunds promptly.
